What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Improve mental health, let people to go use PTO without pressure of coming back to a giant unbearable pile of work

I continuously have escalations because of Zayo's "messy" internal processes. I believe this is not something that can be fixed because it simply is not how Zayo works. Efficiency is slow and do not believe employees' are set up for success in any position.

The people in charge need training

Better documentation of networks, equipment, fiber spans. Too many companies purchased and their information never gets standardized with any of the other networks so it is very difficult to find valid, current information
