The company needs to maintain its network a little better. much of that is dependent on where the money is spent i.e. keeping people enough employed in the field and in repair and in operations, and keeping spares stocked up

I've worked for Zayo for almost six years remotely. A couple of months ago, the CEO decided to get rid of all remote positions. I had the choice to move to Denver or find a new job. I would get severance if I stayed long enough to train my replacement. Nice reward for loyalty.
