Adobe Wins Top Comparably 2021 Award for Best CEO for Women

Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen has been listed in the number one spot of Compararbly’s recently unveiled list of the Best CEOs for Women. Narayen previously won the top slot in this category in 2018. Ratings from Adobe’s own female employees vaunted Narayen to the top spot, just beating out chief executives from Farmers Insurance and Medallia.

Narayen is the winner of several previous honors, including being ranked #12 on Fortunes “Businessperson of the Year” list in 2018, and was also deemed “Global Indian of the Year” that same year by The Economic Times of India. Narayan has been CEO of Adobe since December 2007.

Female Adobe employees rated the company an A+ for Gender on Comparably, with 96% of them describing the company as a positive place to work. Women rated Narayen a 94 CEO score.
