What International Women’s Day Means To These 12 Companies

Today, March 8th is recognized as International Women’s Day. IWD 2021 is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate women’s achievements or rally for women’s equality. On this day, it is important to do the following:

  • Celebrate the achievements of women
  • Raise awareness about equality for women
  • Lobby for accelerated gender parity
  • Fundraise for local women’s charities

It’s a day any right-thinking person can get behind fully as we continue to seek more equality in the US. Here are 12 companies that care enough about International Women’s Day to share with us their programs and celebrations this year.
