As previously stated. Better management and store director. Stop forcing g people to quit or demote out of their positions.
Better pay. Set schedule so I am able to spend time with my children. Rotate weekend shifts so every gets atleast one weekend off. Competent management.
The base team members and 2 managers are caring and great people to work with. Actually treat you like humans. Have your back when you need it.
Communicating with team members. Not force people out of their positions and less favoritism. Managers should not throw their own team members under the bus to save their own jobs.
