Store director at store 87 has no idea what goes on in her own store. Gets aggressive with employees when they try to expresse issues and work something out. She has a pattern of making their work experience even worse afterwards.

First couple years were good. We actually had a team of employees. Now I look forward to quitting any day now. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. It doesn't take care of its employees or even give us a comfortable work environment. Its stressful jus knowing I have to come here.

Well you can start buy hiring more associates and pay the ones who have been with company more. Get more work out of your team leads and management. Here at store 074 we have a admin that sits in the training room for 8 hrs. But the store director doesn't see a problem with that.

I'm asked to do more than what I can actually do. I'm expected to take a "leader" role and yet I'm not paid the equivalent of this or in this official position. It would be nice to be respected and taken seriously when I raise concern with issues, or establish a boundary I feel I deserve as a person

My coworkers are friendly and we can effectively do our work together, we listen to each other when one has a concern or problem, and do our best to make a healthy environment. Wish I could say the same for the managers and store director.

My co workers aren't the problem were getting the short end of the stick. The problem is the management team I get along wit all the regular associates. Management is the problem. They dont do there job if a regular associate isn't here to call a morning meeting we dont have one. Store 074 do better
