Higher pay. Too much responsability for only 16 an hour. I have a second job with less responsability making 23 an hour.

Payment is absolutely pathetic for the amount of ridiculous hoops that we have to jump through in order to do our daily duties. In the end, Academy is going to put the bottom line first and the customer and employee last. It's a directionless company that's doomed to failure.

Management and team leads needs to understand that people may be in school, have another job, or something in life may pop up. Their attitude towards when people need to take off or some thing and he may be doing a holiday, or a busy weekend.

Stop berating employees for problems that they cannot fix and completely dump the OSATs, as if we're able to fix them by pestering customers to do more of them when their dissatisfaction is entirely on things on the corporate end.
The managers, people that work the hardest should be the managers, not lazy people.
The annual review process needs to change. Not only are goals not always clearly defined, but they are often not shared with the eployees until well into the fiscal year.

We all just look like chickens with out heads cut off running around.
Lack of Communication between management and above to associates, if management and higher were to listen better and actually game plan better there would be less mess ups and more getting done. Also, Favoritism needs to stop, store managers & Directors make it very apparent who are their pets

Give your management team more education as far as how to treat people
whats going wrong is that my co workers are getting paid a whole dollar or two more than me and they have been here for a shorter amount of time
