I liked my hours and what I do but

Inclusive and Engaging. The HR department is headed up by one of the best. He and his team work really hard to make sure all teams and all individuals are working together to drive the best results.

My co-workers care about me

Overall, a great team spirit.

My fellow team members are awesome, their is a serious lack of diversity within my store and it is made obvious that the managers prefer to keep things that way there is so culture in this enviroment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Literally just more resources would fix it.

Management and team leads needs to understand that people may be in school, have another job, or something in life may pop up. Their attitude towards when people need to take off or some thing and he may be doing a holiday, or a busy weekend.

Stop berating employees for problems that they cannot fix and completely dump the OSATs, as if we're able to fix them by pestering customers to do more of them when their dissatisfaction is entirely on things on the corporate end.

The managers, people that work the hardest should be the managers, not lazy people.

The annual review process needs to change. Not only are goals not always clearly defined, but they are often not shared with the eployees until well into the fiscal year.

The pay. Pure and simple. For how much the company makes [through overall sales and revenue generated from credit cards], there is no reason anyone should have to live paycheck to paycheck because of the decisions of the ruling class.

As previously stated. Better management and store director. Stop forcing g people to quit or demote out of their positions.

Management as whole, very lazy and uncooperative at all times, unless upper management made a visit.

Always wants us to bring osat up we do we get surveys but because of stuff that management control we get negative surveys that we are ask to bring it up again
