The only managers who actively work with the people are the managers of softlines and the gun bar.

My immediate manager is the only one that is a hands on helpful manager. The rest of the leadership does nothing productive but in turn costs the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in unnecessary payroll.

Leadership is okay. Need more confidence and less talking behind each other's backs.

They make you feel important. Not just a number. Very knowledgeable and professional and they take the time to answer any questions you may have right away. Whether it's helping a customer with you or anything else.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication , leadership , time management

They need to actully care svout people cuz they dont

Change in management and more resources for new hires.

They need to know how to do the jobs of their employees. Hire better staff and please leads that have much more experience especially in management and customer service. Lead by example. Not make it a click where they get away with doing bare minimum.

Mid-level management is scared to speak up, leadership should encourage honest feedback. We also need to do a better job of holding people accountable. Goals and measures of success aren't clearly defined which makes accountability difficult...

As far as executive leadership is concerned, I feel they really need to focus on the fact that their workers are just as important as the customers.

Controlling workplace bullying based upon discrimination. Age, disability, undue harassment, and workplace bullying. Management doesn't seem to take this as their priority, based on a company that includes,"Integrity ", is proprietary.

Recognizing the team members who hard and pay them like the should be for how much better they do their job

They need to actually care about customers and employees. They say to take care of tje customers but, how can you do it when you work so few hours and are so handed every single day? Only work there if and only if you can't find another legit job. Leaders do not care about you at all

there is no leadership is all about how can I get a head there is very little women who work for Acadamy in Management positions it a good old boys club

Consistency. Employee development and opportunities for growth. Staffing to accomplish hoals. Most of us are burned out and leaving. Leadership in general is lacking beyond the rally cry for osats and credit cards.
