Make relations with team members. No one is going to want to do something that benefits only the managers if all they do is yell at you for the tiniest of mistakes and when you don’t make a mistak

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was only wanting Part Time when hired so i didnt get this.

The store discount is very reasonable and the pay is good.

The pay is fine. The benefits are great for full time. Being part time, I do not get to enjoy the benefits

Well I was the lowest paid cashier and did 3x the amount of work and when the 2nd lowest paid cashier quit because of it the managers just said y’all weren’t supossed to find that

What are some of the best things about your team?
Almost always we woorked together, even from different department. We would always work together to get our task done if needed tjat lilttle extra help.

I LOVE team/supervisor meetings. Its a great time to vent and question what our concerns are.

Everyone that is a regular team member all have good friendships

They need better work ethic and need to follow company policies. There is a lot of back biting, drama, and cliques within the store. The worse part is that the store director plays a role in it.

Everyone is very supportive and encouraging. I love how people are recognized for their Efforts. Everyone is included.

I have attempted to make changes within the store. I have discovered that such changes are impossible under its current leadership.

It was very informal which made me relax.
