Everyone is very understanding, and are always willing to help

I LOVE team/supervisor meetings. Its a great time to vent and question what our concerns are.

Everyone is very supportive and encouraging. I love how people are recognized for their Efforts. Everyone is included.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is fine. The benefits are great for full time. Being part time, I do not get to enjoy the benefits
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed everything. Only issue was the time it took to actually start the job. My start date was confusing and changed.
