communication between retail and remote workers can be improved. New trainees are optimistic, but I feel like some of them have to work on their professionalism, mostly in their vocabulary. The opportunity to grow in the company is said, but not often followed through

there are opportunities to do fun activities through marketing, but the work / life balance isn't focused on retail workers. In fact, i feel that retail workers are the least helped. We aren't catered to, we aren't a priority, we just do the job. While we watch other departments be treated better

My personal leadership team supports me as an employee as well as a person. I am treated with respect and given the responsibilities that push me to be a better worker. I am trusted and relied on.
Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?
Although PTO requirement is nice in theory. If we get sick, then it takes away from vacation time. I can be the difference between a well deserved break, and staying home with a contagious disease, i.e. flu, pneumonia, etc.

environment makes me feel protected, if a member is upset, then I don't feel like it is my fault. Management is good to back the bankers. mistakes are mistakes, but some members exaggerate and lie, so it's nice to know that i won't be thrown under the bus

Leadership in branch is a wonderful mix of professionalism and fun. The managers make it fun to come to work. Leadership beyond them is hard to describe since they don't make it a point to reach out. the town hall meetings are inconvenient since we have members and are working.

I believe that tenured bankers deserve to be paid more than bankers who start off. PTO is nice but if I am sick then I am forced to use my vacation time to compensate for it. CCH is a wonderful idea, but there seems to be too many rules about when it can be paid. this can be hard to retail people
