Baker Hughes's heart and soul are in Houston and the leadership pretty much acts like people elsewhere in the world don't exist - be they customers or employees. I am disappointed by this, we should do better and stop the navel-gazing.
Job's a job; unless you are from the programs or well connected, ascension in the ranks are very limited.
