There are hundreds of small errors which culminate in a much greater problem to deliver. we are far too reactive and not enough pro-active
Everything is going wrong and can be improved
They haven't developed a single good product in last 10 years for oilfield. Just selling the same products by increasing activities and some of the activities are now 80%.
Let people get involved - people want to contribute, but don't always have the informal network to do so. Stop being so HQ-centric. There is talent all over the world. Bridge the gap between leader jargon and tactics. Communicate more, listen more.
