Leadership needs to improve. Some people need to be accountable for their own actions, learn to talk to their employees better or not be degrading to some people

OFS spends time complaining versus finding solutions

People point fingers versus find solutions

There are hundreds of small errors which culminate in a much greater problem to deliver. we are far too reactive and not enough pro-active

Everything is going wrong and can be improved

They haven't developed a single good product in last 10 years for oilfield. Just selling the same products by increasing activities and some of the activities are now 80%.

Let people get involved - people want to contribute, but don't always have the informal network to do so. Stop being so HQ-centric. There is talent all over the world. Bridge the gap between leader jargon and tactics. Communicate more, listen more.
