It started great when I first go there, however over the following 3 years the company has been on a steep decline. To be fair, the issues that existed when I first started were exacerbated by promoting some of the poorer leaders into even more authority after the reorg.
It's a wonderful place to work if you don't consider any of our competitors.
Could pay more than they do
Great at first then you realize that Blue has 2 kinds of so-called leaders. The most damaging to vision by far is the old white, washed-up or pulled out of retirement where the WWII era companies that they retired from in 1990 would not hire them. Group 2 is the cute but no experience from college.
