I have been here for 2 months now. So far, I've learned new tools, increased my skill set in a role I've done for many years and look forward to more of everything ahead. The work can be tough but very rewarding and that makes for a great day.

We are very diverse, yet we all interact with no issue or awkwardness. People say hello and ask how you are doing with a genuine smile. The lunch table is interactive and lively with laughter and conversation. People enjoy each other's company.

There's always something going on at Branch. We have strong ERGs with monthly meetings and activities, local office events, motivational gatherings and also fun teambuilding events. We are all busy but we take time to get together and have fun. Our slack channels are buzzing with updates!
O que você mais gosta nos lideres?
Each leader is approachable, friendly and welcoming. I support 3 executives who are very busy but they still take the time to welcome me, and when I have questions, review my needs, explain tools and processes and answer my questions. The Branch culture is strong, and lived everyday!
