The entire leadership team isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get directly involved and help out in the day to day work, but they still respect their team enough to not throw their weight around and force their opinions onto others.

I've been spoiled by working here. I forget that the rest of the world isn't full of brilliant, motivated, initiative-takers. There are so many self-starters here that it would be easy to assume a level of cut-throat politics, but everyone on the team gets along so well!
