I love working with my teammates. Meetings are usually effective, but sometimes meetings feel unnecessary. But that's the case in any company, and Branch does it better than most. Pretty much everyone is great to work with, and the company does a pretty good job of not letting bad employees stay

This is a culture of getting things done, quickly. We move fast and everyone expects great work from everyone else. This is not a place to come if you're looking for a relaxed, slow moving environment. Only advice to leadership is to make sure you make it sustainable and watch for burnout
