
When I was first hired on, it was a very difficult path for me. People were not available, I was not trained adequately, but sometimes that can be good to just hit the ground running and figure things out. Now, things are going smoothly and I make it my duty to make sure I am available to others.
Everyone steps in and helps eachother out.

Everyday is difference. I love consistency, but with a bit of change mixed in. There is always something new to learn.
My compensation is great, however, I have been doing multiple jobs for several months now, and everyone around me seems to be getting bonuses. So outside of compensation, I feel the appreciation could be a little better.
The company culture seems to be great and is only getting better. What makes it great for me, is that the Executive team listens to what is going on around them. We are provided great benefits, and the flexibility to work from home or in the office.
