Great people to work with and a fast paced job
The people who run this company does not respect their employees. One girl had to go to the hospital for being overworked. Management also sleeps with employees. One time they had us come in on a snow day while everything else was close. This put us in physical danger.
Working at a franchise is horrible. I honesly believe that Corporate doesn't care if it puts all of its stores out of business. It makes bad, expensive decisions and we are forced to comply. But it doesn't work out and then we are left with expensive tools and equipment we can't use.
