Seems corporate has completely lost it! They are totally mistreating the franchises and the business

poorly managed and use of no skill student managers

I work at edible i was harrassed by a male coworker this morning i contacted the owner and he did not care sending me long disrespectful messages and tefused to do anythinf about it.

Not a great place to work.

Horrible experience, toxic boss and environment. Bad pay and a delivery van that was never fixed when things went wrong. Had problems even driving around to do my job, broke down many times.

They are very informative about what I ask

Very helpfull and flexible to my personal needs.

Nice. Productive. Easy to get along with. Fun to work with.

I like that they are far away in Atlanta so they can't bother us on a day to day basis

Assistant managers understand employees not managers

Never using better listening skills

Being clear about the job description and length of employment. As well as not being bias towards employees

Stop overworking employees and appreciate the employees.

Communicating schedules, planning ahead for holidays and not micro managing

They have replaced my former manager with a better candidate but the owner of the shop is just the worst.

The best part about the package is having a compensation package

None. Zero non existent sad

I got promised a different pay than what I'm getting. We have no manager and they are splitting the duty of manager across employees and management that we do get from the owner is poor.

No room for growth or career advancement

I AM undervalued. The owner only gives raises if you threaten to quit. If I were paid equivalently to other people who do the same job, I would feel better. If I were appreciated, I would feel better - but it would be easier to get a raise than to be appreciated.

There was no compensation I made min wage that

I worked there for a total of 3.5 hours and was trained only on how yo dip bananas apples and strawberries. Let me go on second appearance

We all work together to get the job done

We all care about our store and each other. We are committed to doing the best we can so we can have everything run smoothly

They're still learning the ropes and make lots of little errors.

Treat employees with respect and that they appreciate the employees.

Blame is getting put on random employees and when issues arise they aren't handled at all or they make other employees handle it. No management at all.

The company needs a new owner

Owner has money problems so we are always out of a lot of the supplies we need to make the arrangements. I hate making substitutions in orders when I know that's not what the customer ordered. Our store is busy. The owner should buy more supplies for us than for his unprofitable stores

It's just a drag, really
