everyone treats everyone very nicely
We all respect one another.

The people are great. Best of the best talent.
Everybody is open to ideas, and everybody cares about the brand and franchisees
The customer service people are American. The designers are Russian. I enjoy learning about the differences in our cultures and finding ways to communicate when there is a language barrier.
People work very well as a team
It's a large work space. Very clean and can listen to music will buliding arrangements.
Fresh and fast paced. Have to be able to keep up
Very easy job so not a great amount of stress except for holidays
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Blame is getting put on random employees and when issues arise they aren't handled at all or they make other employees handle it. No management at all.
Treat employees with respect and that they appreciate the employees.
