Seventy five. zero equity given. absolutely no raises for multiple years I have worked here, so, a $0 raise and I get paid 75% below the average median pay for my job, so you do the math, If you are planning to do a job here, be prepared for this

Benefits package is well under the market offerings. 401(k) match is annually, no ESPP, and salary is below market.

As a public company, it is very hard to be motivated about share price when we have no 'skin in the game'. It is the people at ePlus make it successful, not the shareholders - more emphasis should be placed on attention to the staff than the share price. Happy staff = productive staff = great share$

We work really hard, support and lift each other up, and encourage/enable each person to succeed

You will find great people at ePlus, but when they keep mentioning that its "FAMILY", you need to run! There are no expectations of hiring and retaining the best employees which leads to duplicate work and work not completed in a timely fashion

Very individualistic organization. Management needs to address collaborative culture change and provide more team building activities for non-sales staff. HQ staff generally a bit stiff.

Lots of cliques in the company with many employees being here for 10+ years which makes it hard to break old habits.

Inclusion, empowerment, trust. Remove managers who don't know how to manage people.

C Suite needs to join the 21st century and understand people want to feel they're making a difference in what they do, that their roles matter to the overall success of the company.
