Seventy five. zero equity given. absolutely no raises for multiple years I have worked here, so, a $0 raise and I get paid 75% below the average median pay for my job, so you do the math, If you are planning to do a job here, be prepared for this
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Benefits package is well under the market offerings. 401(k) match is annually, no ESPP, and salary is below market.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Lots of cliques in the company with many employees being here for 10+ years which makes it hard to break old habits.

ePlus was founded in 1990 and its current CEO is Mark Marron. Since its inception 36 years ago, ePlus has grown to 1240 employees.

Since our IPO in November, 1996, we have acquired approximately twenty businesses within the United States and England. We have two operating segments: Technology and Financing. The acquired businesses have been operationally consolidated into our core companies, and we have successfully maintained local market presence with sales and services capabilities customized to each location. All administrative functions are integrated into our core companies. ePlus has a robust footprint both across the U.S. and internationally in Europe and Asia-Pacific, bolstering our ability to provide tailored counsel and implementation support to our customers. We operate more than 40 locations with engineers on site as well as four managed services centers and three integration centers.

Corporate social responsibility is an important part of our culture. As such, we continue to focus efforts around supporting the communities in which we live and work. A sampling of the many great things taken on by Team ePlus in the spirit of giving back includes: GRIT, Be the Match and Habitat for Humanity.
-ePlus and Cisco developed a unique program called GRIT (Girls Re-Imagining Tomorrow), to mentor young girls and expose them to careers in technology, introducing them to successful women to act as mentors and examples of what their future can hold.
-We proudly support Be The Match. A long-term customer of ePlus, Be The Match saves lives by matching bone marrow donors with people suffering from blood cancers who are in need of transplants. Donations also support logistics, such as transportation of people and bone marrow, to and from hospitals. ePlus was also proud to partner with Habitat for Humanity by building a home for a family in need!
