I would say that our biggest strength is that with Evonik's safety standards and Safety culture that we continue to place safety at the forefront of all decisions made. I am very proud of the mindset of our employees and our managers
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
I enjoy working with Production and EHS departments. Developing new employees to be successful in whatever it is they want out of being an employee of Evonik. I love finding their hidden talents and showing them they can advance in a company like Evonik.

I believe our Leadership Team wants us to be happy and enjoy our place here within Evonik. But pay will always be an issue when it come to a company ran from Germany or Europe. I feel that we as leaders should be paid for the strengths that we bring in leading our people. I have gave 25 years of my

I would like to be paid a fair market value for the services I perform for Evonik. I have spent 25 years of my life with this company and bring a lot of expertise to to my position as a Production Manager. I would love to be paid fairly for the expertise I bring and would really love to retire from
