
We have a solid team that have been together for some time. We do not typically get new hires and fortunate to pick from the best talent when there is an opening. Most orgs are not that lucky.
Hard to say much. As I stated before the company from Germany, to Parsippany, to this site leadership is out of touch with the common worker. Mainly filled with individuals looking for their next promotion and not really looking at what is best for their team. Too many analytical leaders.
We cannot get people to bid on projects or goods. Evonik has a horrible reputation and makes doing business much harder than other companies so they simply do not participate. Evonik spends a dollar to save a dime and it takes too much time to get something purchased or done. Too many layers.
Vacation, Pay for senior people. New hires start out at or below other companies in the market. The are able to move from the job and make the same and or more money making retention hard. We overcomplicate things to the point its not worth it to be here for the money provided (again newer)
They are out of touch. They need to stop micro managing. They need to allow experts in their fields perform their jobs. They need to remove every thing going through the leadership team. They need to do much less talking and way more listing. Need to stop the practice of hiring engineers as top mag
