
MOST of my team is cooperative.
worked beyond job description yet being compensated for minimal. Re-evaluable compensation of company as a WHOLE. Some department got overpaid while hard working department gets underpaid.
Acknowledge staff and reflect compensation based on work being done (uneven distribution of workload). Open communication (clear communication between staff and management). Intracompany cooperation (each department acts like individual companies)
positive feedback from company. acknowledge staff with appreciation instead of making everyone overworked and take away all the benefit because "we are underbudget" We need to help each other in the company not BLAME/PICK on other departments
repetitive work nature/ no room to grow (promotion very limited due to budget instead of how hard you work/how much you do) overall negative working environment. Company/management should bring positive energy to the work instead of negative feedbacks
