I feel very valued and trusted which enables me to work almost autonomously as needed to do my job. There is really good work-life balance (where leaders encourage you to take all 5 weeks of PTO!); and when I close my laptop at night, I can mentally check out and recharge. And my team is incredible!

There is room for improvement like all companies but I believe Fivetran is a great place to work. We have a collaborative culture and there is a sense of excitement for what the future has in store for us.

I started when we were under 100 people and today we've grown to over 600! In that time I've been exposed to some amazing opportunities I thought I would never have. The pace at which I learn has multiplied and I'm excited for what's next!
