Apart from the all-remote culture, there's other things you get to appreciate more as you mature as professional and as a person, for example, their values. The transparency, iteration and respect values are daily at work. This is something I've never been able to find in any company I've work.

Transparency. They seem to listen to the employees. Would love to see more actionable plan in regards to employee rewards (salary/compensation).

Had the chance to prepare and learn about the company for each of the (seven) interviews. Love they use calendly to schedule the next interview.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
Being able to alternate between my personal life and work life. Not having a schedule and being able to work async is the best,I don't usually do that but having children and wife sometimes you need to do that. The unlimited (mandatory) vacation and the no questions ask policy are awesome!

They need to do a salary review ASAP. People leave because of money. GitLab is a great company to work in terms of diversity, equality and transparency, the hiring process is tough and it's also hard to be selected among worldwide candidates, they really need to do something to keep their employees.
