I've thoroughly enjoyed working at Gopuff for the most part. The only negative aspects is the current hiring freeze and the round of layoffs that left 100 people without work (some of whom were friends that I personally referred - that one hurt).

I feel undervalued because individuals with less experience than me are receiving higher titles and (presumably) higher salaries too (including people I helped train). I also feel that changes are only reactionary and not proactive
