They have lots of great initiatives that are only available for corporate employees not the daily grunt workers.
Hold people to the same standards. Properly train SMA's, coaches and managers so we don't get multiple different answers.
Treat the employees who are doing the work better. Pay them, give them benefits. They would work harder if they were appreciated.
More transparency. More support. Stop expecting temporary employees to carry your workload without proper pay or benefits. Stop changing policies last minute and not properly communicating it thoroughly. Get all SMA's on the same page so we don't get 5 different answers when we actually get an answe
