My personal experience working at Grifols has involved extensive workplace bullying. I have attempted to resolve this and get help from various hr levels/services to no avail. It is very disheartening, as I love(d) my job. My last day is next week and I cannot get answers to my questions.

Everyone is well qualified and capable! The sad part is the level of double standards, different rules for different people, management turning a blind eye towards bullying, etc.

Grifols is a very generous company in terms of benefits, insurance coverage options, PTO, etc... This is the hardest part of walking away, because I doubt I'll ever see a more generous company.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
The job itself is enjoyable and I like(d) knowing I was working for Grifols. I think they mean what they say in terms of values; it's just not being carried out down on ground level.
