The best thing about the leadership team is that they all work together to make sure we have what we need and they on top of everything

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We got no annual raise, but donor fees contributed to rise higher and higher. We are expected to do more without being paid for it.

I would like for the pay to be based on seniority, experience, and how well you do your job. I think the raise could be better applied.

Management promises a certain pay rate and then cuts it with out notifying the employees. Adds more work and less pay. All with out a single word of communication. It is demoralizing to work here.

As a team we work hard to be flexible to meet the needs of our donors as best as we are allowed. We have a great rapport with our donors and our donors know we will take care of them and we know our jobs

That we have all learned how to depend on one another for help and to give help. Together we opened a new center on Meister road in Lorain Ohio in February of 2022. It's been a truly pleasing experience to start a new center
