Hours and days opened have changed 7 times in the last few years only giving a week to 10 days notice. Employees already have vacations and family gatherings planned up to 8 weeks out. I do not know if this is coming from corporate or the regional supervisor. We are the NW Indiana Bio Blood.

Works cohesively with one another and pitches in. I have been here for years and have yet to meet the regional supervisor who calls all the shots sitting from home.
