I work strenuously every day, which I love. Sometimes I wonder if the work and the stress are worth the pay, but regardless I love my job.

The favoritism of management affects everything. The team knows their job, many slack at doing it becauss of the favoritism.

My co-workers and management, although they're in close competition with our donors too!
