Upper managment is shady and constantly pulling the rug out from under store managers and ASMs. When criticized, upper management will do what can only be described as retaliation and you will most likely lose your position or job, if not both.

Taking feedback. I find it comically laughable that i was scoffed at multiple times during an attempted professional discussion with someone twice my age yet they were a store manager.
