Really awful. I felt a bond with my fellow associates, but the managers made sure to make us feel like they were above us and in a class of their own.

Managers need to do the work themselves, instead of making the associates do all the work, then nominate managers for the commission or credit.

They do 2 rounds of interviewing. 2 diferent managers interview you, asking many of the same questions. The interview process itself is rigid for what it is: only being paid minimum wage and only working 2 or 3 days a month.
