They need to get better at being positive leaders and positive communication skills.
The department that I work in is positive, but the higher up management is not very positive.
Overall how they treat their employees needs to improve and the upper management needs improvement over positive leadership roles.
The department thaf I work in works well together, but the higher up management doesn't appriciate us, and makes us feel like I do not do enough or am good enough, when I do more than asked of.
It took awhile for them to get back to me, and I constantly had to call them back. Also they told me to be there at a certain time for my interview only to be told when I got there that they had left early for the day.
Even if I feel that I go above and beyond what I am supposed to do (stay late, come in on days off, doing work for others, ect.) I still feel that I am underappreciated, and never given positve comments, rather negative comments about what I do wrong, what I didn't do, ect.
