We are all in it at the bottom together. We all saw the same issues and a lot of us got out and went on to instant success and prosperity and we are all much happier.
We have a few dedicated employees in my department. We work together well, and we are committed to getting things done, and take pride in the work we churn out everyday.

When they are available to work. Show up and put in the effort to work.
The rest of the coworkers that actually stay longer than a month are amazing. But deal with the same stuff.
They do their best to keep busy. They take orders well from assistant managers to get the store in working order and listen to the help we try to give them.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not be company shills and expect impossible goals
Hyvee uses incentives to get people to do more work for less money, this causes employees to work against each other rather than a team
Hire intelligent people who can do their job and pay them well
The department thaf I work in works well together, but the higher up management doesn't appriciate us, and makes us feel like I do not do enough or am good enough, when I do more than asked of.
People need to be on time to their shift and listen better.
Communication. Even the management will talk to you like you are an animal who doesn't know any better. They scream at you. Like you are a child and talk to you like you are not human.
