The most positive is what we bring to the table. WE make it positive.
The few managers that like working there and try and make it fun for all of the checkers, baggers, and stockers rather than bossing them around like they aren't people.
The customers. As a whole they do not complain about the prices or having to wait a few minutes in line. They are warm and friendly.

That implementing labor intensive changes is hard after / during a labor shortage and being talked to like we aren't even trying to hire people does not help.
Stop forcing products that dont sell, forced purchasing hurts profits when it will not sell until marked down to nothing. Then you are surprised when the GP is terrible. If you can really do a better job running the store from the home office, why are sales and profit so bad?
Care about the people at the bottom.
