Leaders lead by example daily
Review from Sales Dept
They are very approachable and have a lot of experience. They truly care about what they do and you can tell.
Communication and planning for all events
They have respect for employees
Approachable, but little constructive action.
Great to see the team
They at least keep trying to make improvements.
honestly if I could say something positive I would say atleast they do stuff at work
Good leadership team, clear rules
Understanding and do the right thing most of the time
They are fun and good
We all work together, as a team.
They are leaders and they lead the team
Always available and very down to earth.
Leads by example to employees they oversee!
Review from Operations Dept
My leaders listen to me
Show me what i can do best
They do not listen to concerns of their teams and make themselves impossible to reach
communication, we are all supportive of one another and all get along.
Im part of the leadership team
Be more present and listen and address the issues before they get out of hand.
Communication between HR and upper management
Review from Customer Support Dept
They need to be human. They need to promote and recognize people with the skills and who deserve to contribute more to the business, not their buddies. This applies to all levels.
More cooperation, if it's possible with the underpaid wages.
Too insular. Need to be better educated and more intelligent.
Communication. It has always been terrible, and has not improved for many years.
Our store manager is extremely aggressive about every small thing someone does wrong. If anyone else had her attitude, she would have had them fired.
Realizing that health comes before an underpaying job. Especially in food services.
Lack of concern for quality and safety.
Caring about employees so they can be better at caring about customers.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Speaking up to CEO and upper management about the stress & understaffing & how it's effecting customer service.
Actually leading the teams instead of just engaging in all the negative drama and pointing the blame
To top heavy, too many chiefs
Everything under the sun and then some
Review from Sales Dept
LISTEN to your employees, don't just hear them. The front line workers are who make YOUR paycheck possible, stop taking for granted they'll just bend over backwards with every whim of the CEO down to store level management. Treat those front line workers with the respect they deserve.
Diversity, respecting and developing women and those of color for instance.
Review from Operations Dept
Transparency, valuing employees, invest in the tools for people to get their jobs done, stop asking/expecting people to work off the clock too
Leading and not bossing around while doing nothing. Not projecting their failures onto their workers
Communication and training. Also deciding who makes what decision and sticking to that. Making sure the right hand knows what the left hand is doing.
Communicate with the employees instead of undermining them and picking favorites. Also being less of a hypocrite. Tells us we all have to do it this way and then breaking it right when the say it. Isle online
