What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying attention to how their stores operate. Making sure their employees are not being abused and they are able to take their break. Being more clean and cleaning their lockers and break rooms. Making sure they have gloves that fit their employees. Stop telling people to not protest. Or wear Blm.

I feel like pay is not high enough for the schedule I have to work.

Health benefits are very good but not very affordable. Hyvee calculates things into your hourly wage such as bonuses, profit Sharing, etc but this isn't the take home pay. And new hires can start off at the same wage that someone who has been with the company foe many years.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They need to ask what hours they are willing to work. How hard you are willing to work. Hour flexibility, or if they are willing to pick up when others are done with their shift. Age is relevant to do your job. They need to be better with time management.

What makes you most happy at work?
I liked my job at first when the managers kept things under control. After a while it was like I was my own manager. The grief they put me through to hold my position was nearly impossible like the were trying to force me to fail in order to get rid of me.

A raise. I have not received in over two years. Also, was told hours were being cut, yet the department I am working in keeps adding new workers. I asked for more hours and was not given them-told I would be given more hours when they became available. Hmmm!
