I went in to interview for one position, and she changed the details and position when I arrived

For the work we do, it could be a lot better, no vacation time, no holiday pay, no sick time. No thank yous
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co workers. The manager and the customers are mean!'all the manager talks about is his next vacation, which he gets 12 weeks a year
