Managers are some of the nicest I've ever worked for. This could be a great company, it just needs to do some self-reflection and bring in people who have worked at similar companies to improve the infrastructure.
All my customers told me not to take this job. Products are subpar. Entire website needs to be updated and revamped. Have a real training department, marketing department, human resources department. Stop running company like an auto dealer. Talk to salespeople find out how to improve the job.
Base pay is the lowest in the industry. Company will never get ahead without paying more, because everyone has one foot out looking for another job that has a living wage. Job posting says pay is $80k-$120k, but it is nowhere near that. I feel like I was duped.
Team is great, but there is constant turnover. Once COVID is behind us, I doubt many of us will still be there. Biggest problem is Managers take active accounts and switch them to their own name, and don't give salespeople any residual or even a chance to upsell. Customer retention is a problem.
Leadership team has been there for decades. They need to bring in some new people that have a successful track record, in order to get this company back on track. I have never seen turnover at this rate. Leadership needs to talk to the salespeople and find out how to improve conditions and morale.
