Internet Brands Team Employee Reviews

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is grwat, the compamynis horrific. Run ... dont walk away.

Their humor, talent, and over all flexibility as we're people first and take care of our needs.

Great spirit, good communication for team

My immediate coworkers and my immediate team are amazing - all creative, hardworking, dedicated people.

Review from Product Dept

Team is great, but there is constant turnover. Once COVID is behind us, I doubt many of us will still be there. Biggest problem is Managers take active accounts and switch them to their own name, and don't give salespeople any residual or even a chance to upsell. Customer retention is a problem.

knowledgable, but also stuck for the moment until they get a better job.

We are all willing to help each other.

Some people are kind and team players but some are toxic and since the company has such a problem with turnover and is always focused on bringing in and training a new batch of people, they can’t do anything to weed out the bad apple

Coworkers, meaning the people on my team that are of the same level as me, we are highly collaborative and support each other because we don't get that from management and we don't get any resources. If we don't help each other, we all sink.

hard working and dedicated team

Review from Engineering Dept

I can definitely say the people are very friendly and I genuinely do enjoy working with my colleagues. However, if there is a bad apple, the company will not address the issue promptly and will let the issue get really bad.

Review from Product Dept

Our team is very close knit and works very well together

smart people and driven. great to work with people who want to move the company forward and grow personally as well. very little politics!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Coworkers should improve their skill set and communication.
