Internet Brands Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager is the only reason I'm still there. His flexibilty and attitude make me proud to work on his team.

I barely know my direct manager. I've talked to him twice in 5 months - my previous manager left the company. One senior manager is great, but they all follow the company line.

Review from Product Dept

no clear vision for hte team

Understandable and reliable leadership skills

They are wIlling to help.

easy to talk with the team

Review from Engineering Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication. Paycheck has been wrong since january during new aqusition. Upper management doesnt seem to care

employee engagement as well as performance management

Providing actual leadership and direction

Leadership team has been there for decades. They need to bring in some new people that have a successful track record, in order to get this company back on track. I have never seen turnover at this rate. Leadership needs to talk to the salespeople and find out how to improve conditions and morale.

Stop being bullies. We know that the CEO is a bully but then the HR head and many C-level then bully the people under them.

The leadership team (C-level Executives) need to act like humans. Just because you guys are executives doesn't mean that you need you act like monsters to scare your employees to get the work done. People only respect your titles and not YOU (just remember that).

Review from Engineering Dept

Understanding that good employees will ditch the company if they are treated like crap. The only employees who stay are people who thrive in toxic environments or are simply desperate and know their work is not good enough to get them a job anywhere else. Bad employees = a bad company.

Caring about their employees' work-life balance, mental health, and workload in general. We're overworked and severely underpaid with no growth path or raises.

It would be great if they did a better job communicating company strategy to the rest of the organization. They also need to do a better job trusting managers with the budgets they have agreed to in regards to compensation.

Review from Product Dept

More transparency and concern for their employee

little interaction with the upper managers

Career growth and fair compensation for their employees.
