Poor culture for employees, bad reputation in industry

They don't give decent raises, in 2024 it was 1-1.5% for remote and 1.75-2.5 for in office. Their insurance is absymal, a copay for therapy is 70$. The people I work with are wonderdul, but they leaders lie about their retension rates and have cut all things that made working there worth it.

    HR is slow and the executive team knows very little about the operations of the individual business units. In the software and technologies space, organizations need to be agile and well understood in order to make good strategic decisions. IB is slow to act and only care about the bottom line. IB's executives are using outdated business practices and will remain behind in every industry because they refuse to adapt with the times.
