My manager is the only reason I'm still there. His flexibilty and attitude make me proud to work on his team.
I barely know my direct manager. I've talked to him twice in 5 months - my previous manager left the company. One senior manager is great, but they all follow the company line.

no clear vision for hte team
Understandable and reliable leadership skills
They are wIlling to help.
Communication. Paycheck has been wrong since january during new aqusition. Upper management doesnt seem to care
employee engagement as well as performance management
Providing actual leadership and direction
Leadership team has been there for decades. They need to bring in some new people that have a successful track record, in order to get this company back on track. I have never seen turnover at this rate. Leadership needs to talk to the salespeople and find out how to improve conditions and morale.
Stop being bullies. We know that the CEO is a bully but then the HR head and many C-level then bully the people under them.
base pay and hybrid environment
The end of the year bonus and options to save my money.
None at all really here

Provide 100% company match on 401k. What you offer is pathetic, 25% on 1st 3%. You contibuted $25 in Q1. Pathetic.
They give really bad raises, cut their 401k match to 1/4 of 3% which is nothing, and they switched to worse insurance, and do not keep up with inflation. I make less due to inflation than when I started.
My salary has barely gone up since my company was acquired 5 years ago. My responsibilities keep growing, though.
Review from Product Dept
"Annual" review process is *always* months late. Raises (when you eventually find out what they are) don't always even keep up with cost of living increases. Senior management trumpets how well the company is doing, employees effectively make less each year.
Review from Engineering Dept
Base pay is the lowest in the industry. Company will never get ahead without paying more, because everyone has one foot out looking for another job that has a living wage. Job posting says pay is $80k-$120k, but it is nowhere near that. I feel like I was duped.
My team is grwat, the compamynis horrific. Run ... dont walk away.
Their humor, talent, and over all flexibility as we're people first and take care of our needs.
Great spirit, good communication for team
My immediate coworkers and my immediate team are amazing - all creative, hardworking, dedicated people.
Review from Product Dept
Team is great, but there is constant turnover. Once COVID is behind us, I doubt many of us will still be there. Biggest problem is Managers take active accounts and switch them to their own name, and don't give salespeople any residual or even a chance to upsell. Customer retention is a problem.
Coworkers should improve their skill set and communication.
That we all joke about quitting
The team itself. Bring away for the execs and CEO
The people, my creative comrades.
There's not much positive right now. My coworkers make it a positive environment. Leadership does not.

My coworkers, my coworkers, my coworkers
Pay your people fair aagws, provide decent healthcare at fair premiums, peovide 401k that is the norm, what you provide is insulting. Entire benefits package is a joke.
Executive leadership needs to do more listening and less talking.
The CEO needs to actually start caring about the impact they have on society and his employees, not just the next liquidity event.

Better pay and benefits. Career growth.
That my manager who hired me was very transparent.
Managers are some of the nicest I've ever worked for. This could be a great company, it just needs to do some self-reflection and bring in people who have worked at similar companies to improve the infrastructure.
I felt comfortable speaking to those that interviewed me
My recruiter was friendly and informative
get to meet with various people
Review from Engineering Dept
The interview process was quick and fair and I worked with a recruiter. Makes sense that this is the best part of the company because they have 50 new employee is joining every month to replace the employees who left because they knew their time was too valuable
The people i work with
Work from home, moderate work load. Easy job. Good pay.
My coworkers, my coworkers, my coworkers
working on lot of different things
Review from Engineering Dept
great team. open and receptive leadership.
Poor culture for employees, bad reputation in industry
Leadership needs a PLAN. We have no real communication. Evaluations and raises/bonuses are always late. Layoffs are coming, and no one is transparent about it. We have no company goals for 2023 yet, and it's Sept. Leadership claims not to know why/how/when on anything.
Review from Product Dept
All my customers told me not to take this job. Products are subpar. Entire website needs to be updated and revamped. Have a real training department, marketing department, human resources department. Stop running company like an auto dealer. Talk to salespeople find out how to improve the job.
it's old-school web. nothing sexy or fun.
Better culture. There is at oxic culture form the top down. It will never change unless the CEO is removed and replaced with a better leader.
My coworkers are the only good thing about this company, but they're all leaving so soon there will be nothing I like about the company.
I'd like to see the company pay it's employees fairly.
