at my location we have a great group that all works together and shows some care for each other

collegial even though it's very large. Never saw such a big company do well in keeping it a friendly environment.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Pay your people fair aagws, provide decent healthcare at fair premiums, peovide 401k that is the norm, what you provide is insulting. Entire benefits package is a joke.

Executive leadership needs to do more listening and less talking.

The CEO needs to actually start caring about the impact they have on society and his employees, not just the next liquidity event.
