Wonderful is the word I want to use. But I am under valued. I see it clearly every day how only a few people matter to my manager. Everyone else is just labour who does not need respect or value or ambitions. This is barely an anonymous review. But I am anyway looking for new job.

Good people with decent tech knowledge

Lack of growth opportunities and zero market correction

Trying hard to do the best for the company

The work is good that is most of it

Regarding Pune office, it is okay. The more you ignore politics the better.

The ability to stay calm and composed despite knowing how they are being treated.

Some people are good. We do not gossip but we do share a bond because we are all affected by politics.

When I see that I am being ignored even to be recognized for the achievements how can I expect to be valued. I do not expect to be treated fairly anymore. There will remain a bias. There is nothing I or you can do about it.

Please talk about culture once you actually acknowledge that there is a bias. Manager would loop in his people in important highlights. Suttle things that when combined together do make a big difference. Where is the culture when everytime I return from office I feel like resigning due to unfair thi
